Frequently asked questions about Cutting Grease
Cutting Grease is used for drilling, milling, sawing and thread cutting. It reduces friction, wear and ensures clean cuts.
It is medium firm NLGI 2 and adheres well and resists pressure. It is silicone free, water repellent and physiologically safe.
Apply Cutting Grease directly to the tool or workpiece. The Stick allows clean and precise dosing.
It reduces friction and heat in the thread. This extends tool life and improves cutting results.
It suits circular and band saws at high speeds and thread cutting up to 140 kp. It works on aluminium, hardwood, chipboard and plastics.
Do not use above +100 °C. It is not intended as a permanent lubricant for bearings.
