PEGO Diluent

PEGO is a diluent/thinner for water-soluble grinding pastes. It regulates their flowability and makes them easier to apply. The correct dosage improves processing and ensures uniform grinding results.
Unlike water, PEGO allows you to dilute a water-soluble grinding paste continuously.

Pastes that are too thick are difficult to spread, while those that are too thin do not adhere to the workpiece and run off. PEGO creates the ideal consistency for every application

PEGO is only suitable for water-soluble grinding pastes. PEGO should not be used with oil- or grease-containing products, as this will impair its effectiveness.

Start with five to ten percent PEGO in relation to the paste. So for 100 g of grinding paste, start with 5 to 10 g/ml PEGO.
Stir thoroughly and check the consistency. If necessary, add more gradually until the desired consistency is achieved.

PEGO is water-soluble and does not contain any hazardous chemicals. It is easy to remove and offers an alternative to solvents.
